HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ITEM QUALIFIES FOR WARRANTY?

The EU-wide warranty applies to the original purchaser, subject to valid proof of purchase from our Sea to Summit online store (5-year extended guarantee) or from a Sea to Summit authorized retailer (2-year statutory warranty).

This warranty does not apply to wear and tear, punctures or damage caused by improper use, modification or misuse. Furthermore, it does not apply to material fatigue resulting from age, use or environmental influences.

All items purchased second-hand (meaning items purchased on non-affiliated platforms such as eBay and Facebook Marketplace) are sold as is and therefore ineligible for the warranty.

Sea to Summit’s liability for warranty claims will be limited to repair, replacement, or credit. Our warranty does not cover damage to items stored in, or used in conjunction with our products. Warranty decisions are left to the discretion of the Warranty & Returns Department.
